Tree Top Hospital (TTH) expands Contact Centre services by opening new facility in B. Eydhafushi. TTH services have been in high demand over the years, with many guests seeking them out. There has been year on year increase of guests availing both OPD and IPD services.

The new TTH Contact Centre commenced its operations on 2 October 2023, is dedicated to offering faster and easier appointments and bookings for services at Tree Top Hospital and TTH Clinic Malé. This expansion of Contact Centre team is part of the strategic plan to increase capacity, improve service availability, and enhance guest experience.

All new team members will be trained in Malé at Tree Top Hospital to ensure smooth operations and reliable service standards. TTH will train and employ a new team of 7 members for the positions of Assistant Manager and Contact Centre Executives for the new TTH Contact Centre in B. Eydhafushi.
