Furthermore, stress and exercise can have a significant impact on reproductive health. Chronic stress can lead to hormonal imbalances that affect ovulation and sperm production. Exercising regularly can help maintain a healthy weight, improve blood flow to the reproductive organs, and reduce stress. Therefore, it is important to manage stress levels and regularly exercise to improve reproductive health.

Reproductive health is important for both men and women. Lifestyle choices like age, smoking, stress level and exercises can have a significant impact on reproductive health. Making the right lifestyle choices can improve the reproductive health and increase the chances of starting a family.
