The initial tests also provide the doctors with a detailed insight into any potential hormonal issues. These test results are crucial as it is known that hormonal imbalances can affect the effectiveness of the treatment.

When can you expect the results?

Normally you would be able to see some of the results after the first session. Typically, to achieve your desired results it may take more than 4 sessions depending on the initial test results.

After the initial consultation with a dermatologist or for maintenance sessions, you can choose to proceed with a package option for your specific laser hair removal service instead of the standard option of paying for each session individually.  

Can I combine different services into a single package?

These packages are created for each specific service from our laser hair removal service catalogue. As the purpose of these packages is to offer better value for multiple sessions, combining is not part of the current functionality. 

What is the duration to use all 5 sessions?

From the date of your first session, you will be able to redeem your remaining sessions within a 6 month period. You can fully control when each of your sessions can be, subject to the availabilities of appointments. 

How do I pay for the package?

Package payments are billed up-front, meaning that you will be paying the full package price during your purchase. After which, you will not be charged for any of your hair removal sessions. 

How do I request appointments for my next session?

To set an appointment for your sessions, you can either call our contact center or visit the counter at Clinic C and request your preferred appointment slot. Alternatively,  at any stage of your treatment, you can also request to arrange your full treatment plan at a convenient schedule for you.
