At Tree Top Hospital, our priority is ensuring the safety and health of our guests in their time of recovery. Hence, our visitor guideline is in alignment with our security and infection control protocols:

• Only two visitors per guest are permitted at the same time during the stipulated visiting hours in Wards and Rooms.
• All visitors must check in at the security desk near the permitted area and present the visitor pass provided by the business office.
• Visitors aged 12 and under are not permitted in Critical Care areas unless approved by the healthcare team.

Outside food is not permitted. Tree Top Hospital provides in house catering curated by our clinical nutritionists for its guests. This ensures that the required dietary requirement is met for treatment and recovery and may sometimes require very specific food preparation methods.

If you need to leave the hospital temporarily, please inform our nursing team. You may need to sign a pass or have a family member accompany you.

Tree Top Hospital has various different room categories to ensure that our guests are comfortable during their recovery or treatment period. A majority of our rooms are twin sharing with en-suited bathroom and can accommodate two guests. While we do have a limited number of private rooms available, we prioritize allocation based on guests who require isolation or have specific medical needs. Our Business Office team strive to attend to our guest requests and will accommodate based on availability.

Tree Top Hospital's private rooms typically offer comfortable bedding, en-suite bathrooms, television, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, in-house prepared meals, and storage space.

We provide our guests with compassionate care and globally recognized treatments for infertility. These treatments include: Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI).

Suitability of either IUI or IVF depend on a variety of factors. These are best evaluated by a reproductive medicine specialist. If you are concerned about your reproductive health or if you are planning to start a family, we would recommend the fertility screening package.
