All guests entering Tree Top Hospital are required to complete an initial screening process that identifies guests exhibiting flu-like symptoms, records symptoms and other relevant details. After initial screening is completed, if guests present symptoms of flu, they will be escorted to the Flu Clinic via a separate designated entrance. At the Flu Clinic, guests will be examined. Once cleared by the Flu Clinic guests may proceed to OPD consultations. Additional charges may be applicable based on individuals’ case history.   For guests visiting the following areas of Tree Top Hospital:
Critical Care Unit (CCU) Intensive Care Unit (ICU ) High Dependency Unit (HDU)Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) SDCU (Day Care Unit) Visitors are not allowed. Bystander allowed only in the waiting area unless your help is requested.
Labor Ward Husband or bystander only.
Inpatient Rooms and Suites Visiting Hours: 1100 to 1200 and 1800 to 1900. No visitors under the age of 14 are allowed.
OPD Clinic Consultation Appointments TTH requests the patient be accompanied by only one relative or guardian. Children must be accompanied by one parent or relative.
Anyone with symptoms of a fever, cold, flu, respiratory distress or COVID-19 will be escorted by TTH staff to the TTH Flu Clinic; and are not permitted near Inpatient facilities such as the CCU, ICU, HDU, NICU and SDCU.
  Tree Top Hospital’s “TTH” primary concern is guest safety and welfare. These precautionary measures further strengthen guest safety and reduce the risk of spreading infection.
